IMPORTANT NOTE:
During our initial Beta Phase of Product Development, we have substituted CellRepair with an equivalent High Quality Formula. Thank you for being an early adopter! You will find CherryRich, BioC Gel and AppleCider Vinegar/Green Tea Extract in your Fructose Control Kit. These contain the ingredients Tart Cherry Extract, Vitamin C, and Green Tea Extract (EGCG), which will soon make up our CellRepair Formula. We have selected these carefully based on quality and dosage to ensure a good substitute.
As with SugarShield, please take one of each before meals, up to 2 times daily.
Start Slow:
Starting a new supplement regime can disrupt gut flora. In this case, it may even cause detoxification effects as fructose is blocked. We suggest starting with 1 dose per day at lunch, and increasing to the full 2 doses per day after 1 week.
Our products are intended to help you inhibit the effects of Fructose from your diet so that you can lose weight, roll back the metabolic effects of Fructose Intake, and eventually indulge without fear. The following strategies will optimize your journey and give you the best chance at success.
1. Try Fasting
Fasting reduces insulin (the fat storage hormone).
Start with a 16:8 schedule, eg. only eating between the hours of 11AM and 7PM. Outside of those hours, do not eat any calories (black coffee, tea is ok).
For more information on fasting and its benefits — Read “How to Stimulate Fat Loss” on FructoseControl.com
2. Reduce Fructose Sources
Be aware of fructose sources and try to reduce them as much as possible:
– Added Sugar
– Fruit
– Simple Carbohydrates like rice, bread, pasta
– Alcohol
– Dehydration AKA salt levels (drink lots of water and/or reduce salt)
3. Supplements
Before meals, take one of each pill with a large glass of water. 1-2X per day (lunch and dinner)
Note: Green Tea Extract contains caffeine, so if you have an adverse reaction, try 1 per day at lunch.
Timing is important because the supplements inhibit the fructose from our diet.
Water is important because dehydration causes fructose synthesis.
